There are only nine roles - six women and three men.

The roles range from the 20s to the 80s, so director Aaron Moon is looking for talented performers of all ages.
 

Verla Simpkins (60s-80s) - Sister to Cecilia, first time on a cruise. 

Cecilia Simpkins (60s-80s) - Sister to Verlam first time on a cruise. 

 

Lillian Gregory (Flexible) - A widow who likes to travel and comes in and out of scenes.
 

Drew Watson (30s-60s) - A married couple on the cruise to celebrate life. He is dying from a heart condition.

Fran Watson (30s-60s) - A married couple on the cruise to celebrate life. Her husband has a heart condition.

Hamilton Foote (20s-30s) - A young couple that won the cruise from a contest. He is a gambler.

Corinne Foote (20s-30s) - a young couple that won the cruise from a contest. She won the trip.

Louisa (Flexible) - A stewardess on the ship.

​

Arturo (Flexible) - A steward on the ship.

​

Each of the three acts tells the story of a different couple on a world cruise: two antiquated ladies on their first trip, a married couple who know the husband is about to die, and a flashy bride who won the trip and is determined to bring culture to her husband (who is only interested in testing his poker ability with his fellow passengers). One is comedy, one more serious, and the third farce. Episodes are interwoven throughout
